Q. I never received an Order Confirmation
email; was my order placed?
A. Good question. If your order was submitted, an email was
sent. It may have been sent to your Bulk Mail or Spam folder -- that's a
good, first place to look. If it's not there, it is possible an incorrect
email address was submitted. Try logging into your account and double-check
your email address. If it was correct, it is possible the order was not
completely finished. Log into your account and look in Order History. If
it's there, the order was placed and we are busy processing it; if not,
return to the Checkout process and complete the order. The last page will
say "Order Submitted".
Q.
The U.S. Postal Service site does not provide any tracking
information; is my order on its way?
A. Yes it is! While the Postal Service's Priority
Mail is faster and cheaper than other carriers, the downside is that there
is no in-transit tracking of your package. The system is updated when your
label is created, and again when delivered (usually in 2-3 days even for
cross-country shipments). If you have not received your package in 3-4 days
after you received your Shipment Notification email, feel free to contact
us to look into the delay. Otherwise, sit tight and your mail carrier may
have it in his bag the next day.
Q. My order was "Partially Shipped";
will I be charged for shipping the additional packages?
A. Heck no. If the products you ordered offer Free Shipping
(and most of our products do), then it is free shipping regardless of how
many shipments. We often like to send out whatever we can when we have it
so you don't think we've forgotten about you, and we want to get you your
stuff as quickly as possible.

Q. My order was cancelled; do I need
to do anything?
A. No. Credit cards are not charged until your items
ship. If the order is cancelled prior to shipment, you can verify that your
order has been cancelled in your Order
History. No further action is required.
